Hire our building

 

Our building is available to hire.

1. Please read the hiring policy
2. Contact us by filling in an online form or email office@gcdr.org.uk to arrange date and times
3. Fill in the hiring agreement form
4. Pay the hiring fee by bank transfer (details on the hiring agreement form) or by cheque, made payable to Grace Church Dell Road

Rates

• Standard hourly rate: £20
• Standard day rate: £120

• If you are a charity please enquire about our discounted rates.

 

On the Day

1. Please leave the building in the condition in which you found it. Cleaning supplies are in a cupboard in the kitchen.
2. Information about the building in the case of an emergency is found in the building file on the shelf in the office area of the foyer.
